Worst company ever to deal with. Had vertical mill head rebuilt they picked up on 9-2-16 told me over the phone it was a $2000 job , was going to get it back to the shop and tear it down and have a quote to me on Monday and would have back later in the week. I didn't get the quote till 9-15-16 and it was $3378.18 . OK go ahead and do it , received final invoice on 9-30-16 for 3628.18 , $250.00 more than quoted. Another 12 days go by the bring head in and install and final updated bill is $4375.32, $747.14 more. On the day before they brought head back Jeff called said they were bringing out and never once said anything about additional charges.. I do not feel they were honest at all about repairing the machine the quote should of been dead on and not keep adding parts and labor as they go. Not to mention they rape you for 4% credit card fees that they forget to mention to you. All in all it took them 42 days to rebuild machine . I would stay far away from this company for any of your machine rebulding needs.
