I made an appt for these guys to come blow out my sprinkler system. The first appt I had was at 7am on a friday. No one ever showed up. No phone call, nothing. I called in saturday to notify the office lady of that and she was embarrassed. She apologized and rescheduled me for monday afternoon 5pm. 530 rolls by and i call to find out if they are even going to show up. One of the guys working calls and said he would be 30 min. An hour goes by, i call him back. Yes, I am still on the way to you. I had to cancel the appt because of other commitments that shouldn't have been an issue had they been on time. So in the end they wasted about 4 hours of my time, while I could have been working and still have not had anyone out to complete the work.

John Hepp and crew are professional, meticulous, and hard-working. My new lawn looks like a million bucks! Count me among their very satisfied customers.

ARK sprinklers owner John Hepp is the hardest working guy in landscaping and sprinkler repair! He and his crew take such pride and ownership in the jobs they take on that you don't have to worry at all.If you are like me and don't know much about sprinkler systems...John is the guy you want to call. Not only does he fix it but will guide you in the future care of the system so you don't have further problems. I won't call anyone else ever again. As for the pricing...he was the same price as everyone else I called, but the only one who really seemed interested in keeping us a customers.

I have used Ark for over two years now and they have always been extremely honest and fair when charging me. Just because they gave you a bid over the phone doesn't mean that's what they would have actually charged you if they came out and were able to easily identify the problem and fix it. In my case, I thought the problem we were having last year was much worse than it actually was and it ended up being much cheaper than what we originally thought. I personally appreciate Ark's honesty when estimating the costs of repairs. At least they're realistic about it and the amount of work it could potentially take to fix a problem. That way you're not blindsided after they show up and if you're lucky like me, you'll get to pay less than you were expecting! Very good company. Reliable GUARANTEED work. Will definitely use again!

I had a sprinkler zone that didn't have enough pressure to water my lawn. ARK charged $60 to come out to give me a repair estimate. They estimated it would cost $500 at least to fix a leak in my water line and they would have to dig up much of my yard to fix it because they didn't know where the leak was. My boyfriend just looked at it and replaced a sprinkler head for $2.47 and it's working great.

ARK Sprinklers did a great job for me. The were fast, efficient and clean. It is nice to find an contractor who truly cares about the job they do. I will definitely use them again. Thanks!
