Took our Shih-Tzu here for the first time. Just moved to Frederick and need our dog groomed. The lady who waited on us was very pleasant. She did a wonderful job on our dog. Typical small town business. I will use this business for future dog grooming !!

Worst grooming experience ever. Shop is dirty and smelly. Dogs are kepr in cages in rge reception area out of viw of the groomer. A 90 minute appointment took 3 hours. After 3 hours our dog looked worse that when we brought her in. There were random tufts of hair left un-cut. She offered a refund if I brought our dog back in so she could fix the cut. No thanks, lesson learned, hair grows back. I would never bring my dog back here.
