This is the most fabulous nail salon. I also discovered that it is the best hair salon. Ellaina does your hair exactly the way you want. She also provides great input. I had been to two other so-called high end salons in Frederick. Both of them did a disastrous job and charged exorbitant prices. So my advice to those in Frederick and the surrounding area, if you want to have your nails and hair look fantastic go to Art Of Nails & Hair 2.
