At first I was very pleased with this venue. The food was good and the staff was courteous. Unfortunately, during my event, I had a number of envelopes from my guests in my hand. A staff member asked if she could take care of them. At the end of the night they were gone. When I tried to resolve this with the owner, he ignored my calls and finally after two months of messages, sent a letter via another staff member stating they wouldn't do anything because our contract said they weren't responsible for lost items. When I called to suggest that this was not fair seeing as THEIR STAFF took responsibility for them by taking them from my hand, the owner was sarcastic and rude. I do find it very odd that the only things missing were the things their staff promised to put away for us. Everything else was there.
