I went to Heritage last week while visiting from Arizona. I was there with my friend who had some experience but since it was my first time shooting I was still VERY nervous. A staff member told me he was heading inside and would stay by my lane with me until I felt more comfortable. He was friendly, professional, courteous, and extremely patient with me. I didn't pay for a lesson or anything and Ryan basically stayed behind me pretty much the entire time I was there and if I needed assistance when he was outside he came back quickly. He answered all of my questions, showed me what to do when the gun misfired, and helped with loading magazines. On my way out, he also complimented me for using proper safety measures, which was comforting to hear.

It did take a little while to get used to the extremely loud shots from the other lanes because it's small and indoors, but overall this was a great first shooting experience for me. I'll definitely go back next time I visit from Arizona.
