Finally an Agent office I can TRUST !!!

I have had my share of insurance company's in the past that either went to the all automated way of doing business or was just plain difficult to work with. That all ended for me after a co-worker referred to the office of kathy Schultz. My co-worker recommended I ask for Judith, which is whom she signed her policy with when she switched. Boy am I glad I did because The level of hospitality, humbleness, and a feeling of genuine customer satisfaction that Judith exhibits I can truly say is Extremely difficult to find these days. Especially in a technology driven world where everyone is out to get every penny you earn. I did not get that feeling with State Farm. I actually felt as if the ball was in my court and Judith was just showing me the options I had and how they each weighted with No pressure to sign up for any extra if in fact I did not feel the need to own it. After a simple phone call I arranged to have a auto insurance quote with Judith and now 2 years later with No plans on switching! Judith has saved me so much money tat I can not even find the words to thank her!

So after my insurance just lowered even more for safe driving i decided its time i write about how amazing Kathy Shultze office is and the amazing service i have gotten from my original agent Judith Duran. Its now been about 4-5 years that i have been with my agent Judith and every time i have a question all i need to do is call their office and ask for Judith and in a matter of seconds she is on the phone always with a polite greeting ready to answer any question i have. I also rather call in to do my payment and they are more than welcome to take the payment over the phone with 0 issues as opposed to other company's that say "There's a Fee for payment by phone" Overall i am very happy with State Farm and even happier with my Agent, Judith Duran.

Great service. Fast, simple and affortable. Representive Judy Duran was very helpful and handled my insurance process as a new customer. I am very pleased and strongly recommend State Farm.
