Many thanks once again to you and your team for going the extra mile
(both literally and figuratively ;-) ) to solve a HUGE problem for us
today, and laying the ground work for solving another. I really do not
know what we would have done without your help. We truly appreciated your
skill, professionalism, and courtesy. My sister made a glowing
report to Wolf Furniture this afternoon.

Also, an apology--I must have been really rattled this afternoon, because the address
I wrote on the invoice was half NJ, half VA! The full, correct NJ address is on the
check I wrote, and of course you know the Burke address because you were here
today.

Finally, an update--the people who built my bed are headquartered in CA.
They are sending me the legs for the bed but couldn't give me a definite
date when they will arrive. If it's OK with you, I will call you when they get
here and we can schedule a time to complete the repair. Feel free to
call or write with any concerns. The number you have is my mobile and
it travels with me ;-)
