I needed to declare bankruptcy and saw this law firm advertised in our local newspaper. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment but still had to wait over 30 minutes after the appointment time. The lead lawyer who met with us obviously appeared in a hurry, as he tried to get us to leave as soon as possible, but they still took my case (and my money). Every time I called with a question, the receptionist was rude and ineffectual, never knowing how to handle my call. Worst of all, almost all of my calls were turned over to voicemail and the lawyer or paralegal virtually never returned my calls. One time I had a hearing and the lawyer told me to be there early so we could discuss my case. He ended up getting there late and made the hearing by seconds, eliminating any time to talk. I think this is a very poor law firm; no wonder they are located in a mall. I consider this a lesson learned.
