I loved my grandparent's smoked sausage and smoked goat meat. Opa's did not have any smoked dry sausage so I went to Dutchman's. Wish I had bought more. I am almost finished with the salami (after 2 days) and have started the smoked dry sausage. Very good flavors.
Wish I had bought more and plan to order from them. A little far from OKC, OK to drive for meat. Recommend you buy more than you think you want if you are a traveler!!

Buyer BEWARE

We ordered a hind quarter from them and it was HORRIBLE. Very strong, gamey flavor. We did not ask for our money back, but questioned the owner about the bad flavor. She was extremely defensive, curt and uncooperative. Very disappointing. If you buy from them, buy in very small quantities so you don't lose much when it's bad!

Great meats, great staff, and cheap sandwiches.

This is the best meat market that I have been to. The meat is so fresh and the staff so friendly. They go above and beyond the regular customer service you see at small establishments. I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting or living in the Fredericksburg, Texas area.
