We bought a very nice vehicle from A&B (very clean). The salesman was very professional. The Fredericksburg location did not have the title so we were told they would send it to us Priority Mail from the Post Office from their Alexandria location. After a couple of weeks, we had to call and track down the title. When the package from the Post Office arrived, the title was almost completely ripped in half and the title was still in the name of CarMax (A&B never went through the process to get the title in their name) - and it wasn't sent Priority Mail. We immediately called A&B and they accused us of tearing the title when we opened the package. Of course the DMV wouldn't accept the title and A&B wouldn't do anything to help us out. We ended up calling CarMax (since the title was still in their name), and they helped resolve our problem. Additionally, the Oil Filter wasn't tight and almost all the oil leaked out while sitting in my driveway.
