Art of Balance Yoga Studio offers yoga and pilates classes to students seeking to bring more balance to their lives. Our classes are taught by a talented group of Registered Yoga Teachers who bring their different methodologies to classes, giving everyone a well-rounded and enjoyable learning experience. We all share the same desire to teach with concentration on breath and inward focus, in a welcoming and non-competitive environment. We want all students to benefit from their individual practice at their own level and ability.
