They promised to call the day after I submitted a hard drive recovery request. It was two days before they did with an estimate of $499. After getting credit card info, I didn't hear from them when they had said so I called. They assured me they were still working but the technicians were not on site so I could not speak to them. They promised to call the day following. They didnt. I called two days later, spoke to the technician, received another promise of an update call the next day. He didnt. When the job was finally finished (which I discovered because my credit card was charged, not because they called me), I called and was told my laptop would be ready for me, so I drove out. They could not find my laptop. After a long wait, I had to leave without it. They said they would deliver it to me the following week (it was Friday). All in all, it took three weeks to repair, the expense, many phone calls and emails on my part, and much time waiting. Not good customer service.
