The volume on my plasma tv keeps going out. I initially called this business because of their weekend service calls. We set an appointment for sat(march 16,2008) @5pm. I called an hour later to see if they were still coming and I was told that when they called back to confirm the appointment, the was no response(I was home the entire day waiting). We then made an appointment for the following day @ 10am. I called them after 2hrs and was told they would be there at 1:30pm. Once they(manager and co-worker) arrived, they spent approximately 45min trouble-shooting. The manager told me that he would contact the tv manufacturer on the following day to deterimine what part is needed and its cost. I've called this business on 3 different days(Tues,Fri, & Mon) only to find out that they haven't done anything to even contact the manufacturer. Their last excuse was that they were waiting for the manufacturer to contact them. Give me a break!!! I waited patiently for 8 days of them doing nothing with no explanation. I've taken my business elsewhere. This not the way to run a business. I was very disappointed!



1. Not prompt with appointments (a courtesy call would be nice if running late)

2. Lack of urgency in rectifiying the customer's problem (obviously my business is not important to them)
