Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Unfortunately, I've had to deal with this Enterprise location the past two weeks. The rep that I had horrid pleasure of dealing with is Ramone. Any time you call this Enterprise, Ramone picks up the phone and answers. Then when you ask him a question that requires a little leg work he cries about how "the lobby is packed with customers" and you have to call back. Of course, Ramone won't offer to take your # and call back. My wife has gone in on a few occasions to see someone face to face and there's rarely more than 1 or 2 customers in the lobby. This has happened more than once and it seems to me that Ramone is very lazy. If you have to deal with this Enterprise then try your best to avoid Ramone. Hopefully the rest of the staff isn't like Ramone. That being said, I will be doing everything in my power to go elsewhere if I need a rent-a-car.

We use this service almost exclusively...easy resevation process, friendly service and good price. I only wish all their computer systems talked to each. Dropped off in New Orleans airport ... took over a week for return confirmation to reach VA location. Other than that all went well.

I rented seven four-door pick up trucks, as we all know pick up trucks are hard to get from rental companies I only gave two weeks notice and the trucks were there as promised. The vehicles were in excellent condition and the customer service was phenomenal.
Tess was my sales representative and her professionalism and customer service was second to none I will only use enterprise rental car while in Fredericksburg Virginia.
