shady with questionable decision making at BEST. outdoor practices in 35 degree weather at night for kids who are trying to learn basic skills and develop a love for the game...REALLY???



to me the owner/coaches are trying to push kids who are simply learning the game in the same manner as those who play competitive/travel. shows lack of ability to tailor training to the target audience.
