These guys were phenomenal. This was the first time I have ever hired anyone to help me move, and they made the process easy. Everything was clearly explained to me on the telephone when I reserved the service, and then they were diligent in following to confirm my appointment beforehand. The 3-man crew showed up on time and got straight to work. They wrapped my furniture meticulously, and were careful to show me any pre-existing damage before touching anything. Although I underestimated the time it would take to move my stuff (which I had carefully packed & organized), they moved quickly and efficiently. And the whole time, they were courteous and polite, asking permission before using the restroom or anything. They also did a fabulous job placing my furniture exactly where I wanted it in the new space.

So it goes without saying that I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again the next time I have to move. Thank you giant movers

My move to North Carolina was awesome. Great ladies in office, great crews on site, all around great experience! Price was on point and delivery only took 2 days! Wish I would've found this company for my previous move. I'll be hiring GiantXpress at every move I have from here on out!

My furniture was picked up 29 days ago to be moved from Virginia to Massachusetts. When they came to pick it up they doubled the price, threatening otherwise to walk away leaving me in the lurch. I still don't know where my stuff is or when it will arrive, or even what the final cost will be.



I am disgusted by the way they have acted.

Well first to start I want to thank everybody at GiantXpress movers they are wonderful and great team to work with. Starting from the sales person grace she was wonderful and very helpful over the phone she took care of me with lots of discounts cause I'm a retired and she made sure that the move was on my budget. The crew showed up n took care of everything thanks to Mike the supervisor that led the crew on doing a good job on the packing and moving everything. What a great company I would recommend them to all people. And I will move with them again and again if I ever move again lol. Again thank you very much giantxpress movers. The only reason im not giving 5 stars is cause they tool longer than i expected at pick up .

I would definitely recommend giant express movers. This was my first move in a very long time, and I knew that I could not manage the move alone. I found these movers on the internet, and they were very polite and had great customer service. The movers were prompt and worked very hard to make sure that the move was done as quickly as possible. I moved this past weekend, and I ended up going with Giantxpress after reading the reviews online. I've never used movers before, but after this experience, I plan on using giantxpress Moving for all of my moves. I would also highly recommend this company to anyone else looking for movers as well. They were very friendly, efficient, and fast about the move. None of my furniture or belongings were damaged in anyway, and it was the easiest moving experience I've had.

The process was really great throughout! I set up my move in the matter of 30 minutes over the phone with Kandi. The guys in VA was great to work with, very quick but proved to be very safe. I was worried based on some other reviews I saw that it would take a while to get to my home in Utah, but they stayed in touch with me and got there 11 days after my pickup which is what I roughly anticipated. I understand that things can go wrong in this long moving process but I would give my stamp of approval on Giant Moving any day of the week.

When I moved 3 years ago, the moving company I hired was an absolute disaster. They ripped me off big time. So this time when I had to move, I wasn’t going to hire inexperienced movers. I hired Giant xpress movers for their reputation and they really delivered what was promised. They didn’t charge me astronomically and even there were no hidden costs at the end of the move. They were punctual, both on the moving day and for the delivery. My stuffs have traveled so well that only a bowl cracked in half for this journey. I am very satisfied with the overall performance of this company.

I’m one of the regular clients of Giant xpress movers. The reasons why I always go back to them when I have to relocate is because of they are just amazingly reliable. They have relocated my valuables 5 times now and they are yet to damage anything. That is a damn good achievement! It does help when they charge me such low prices for the amazing movers they keep sending. Each crew I have worked with has amazed me with their skills and efficiency. All in all, this company is a moving giant and you must hire them for your next move.

I never thought moving could be this easy. My previous experiences with moving companies have never been that good. But hiring Giant xpress movers really saved me a lot of hassles. They were prompt in every sector. They called me back with a quote within 10 minutes of my first call. The movers were also very quick. They were done with the whole packing and loading process in just one hour. They made the delivery on time. I checked my inventory list and everything was there in great condition. We were moving from Harrisonburg, VA to Atlanta, GA for my husband’s new job. We hired Giant xpress movers for the reputation they have in the market. They really delivered on the promise. The movers were very punctual to arrive. They packed everything carefully. I was amazed to see how delicately they packed our breakables. Their system was very effective and the job was done in 3 hours. They delivered on time as well. I must make a special mention about the cost. Their quote was much lower anyway. But the final bill was $20 less than the initial quote.

I knew moving was going to be difficult given the amount of stuffs we had. Some of our furniture was old and very heavy. But my wife wouldn’t part with them so we had to take them with us. I warned Giant xpress movers about the heavy furniture but they seemed quite unshaken. I understood the reason when the movers arrived. They were such strong men. They carried my furniture as if they were carrying feathers. I reckon these men had years of experience under their belts. Either way I could imagine the pain they were going through. I tipped them very generously once they delivered everything. You should have seen the smiles on their faces. It was truly a great moving experience.

The movers I have worked with before were all inexperienced, lazy and downright rude. But I can’t say that about the movers from Giant xpress movers which helped me move from Richmond, VA to Topeka, KS. I had a lot of stuffs that needed to be packed. The four men worked tirelessly packing each and every item carefully. The delivery was made right on time. None of the boxes went missing and nothing was broken. The crew I had was so polite and helpful. I move around quite often and I will only hire Giant xpress movers from now on.

We hired Giant xpress movers few days ago to move our belongings from Newport News, VA to Topeka, KS. These guys were just fantastic. They didn’t charge too high but their services were much better with any fancy moving company. The movers were punctual, strong and efficient. They wasted no time sitting around to increase the amount of time they worked. They finished the job quite well. The delivery was made on time. I certainly understand now why Giant xpress movers is so reputed in this field. They are also very humble about it.

Efficient. Punctual. Careful. Friendly. Reliable. These are the words that sum up how praiseworthy these movers were. They helped me move from Fredericksburg, VA to Boston, MA 3 months back. Everything about this company was top notch. They were true professionals. Not one thing of mine broke or got damaged on the way. I have to give a special shout out to the foreman, Mike. The crew was only as good as the foreman. Mike directed the men perfectly. They did everything while smiling. I am so satisfied.

It’s a long way from Fredericksburg, VA to Augusta, ME. My wife was worried sick thinking how we would manage to relocate so far with all our hoarded belongings. Luckily, we hired Giant xpress movers which did the job for us and did so excellently. The movers arrived on time and they were all very efficient. They took minimum amount of time to finish packing everything. Then the loading process also went smoothly and they were on their way to Maine. They told me that they would delivery everything in 4-7 days. The delivery was made on the 5th day. That is amazing efficiency. It was a very time and cost efficient move.

I didn’t know much about Giant xpress movers while hiring them. They quoted the lowest, so I hired them. They turned out to be quite reliable. The movers packed everything swiftly and there was no drama while they loaded everything. I was quite impressed seeing how the four men handled my heavy furniture. A few pieces did suffer little dents and 2 glasses broke on the way. But I am willing to forget that given how cheap this company was. There was no extra billing and the movers even helped me unpack everything. None of my things went missing which is a common situation with other moving companies.

My previous movers damaged my furniture beyond repair. So I had to buy brand new furniture. My lawyer is suing that company. This time when I was moving from Richmond, VA to Washington DC, I did my research thoroughly and hired Giant xpress movers. They were pretty good. I can’t afford the fancy moving companies. They gave me a very reasonable quote. They gave me amazing value for that money. The movers were all well trained and very professional. None of my new furniture suffered any kind of damages. I’m so happy I don’t have to use another moving company.

Giant xpress movers was efficient and skillful during my move from Virginia to Maine. They arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule which always a good surprise. They men worked so well together methodically moving everything from my house. The whole process took just 2 hours. They delivered on time as well and nothing was missing. I was quite worried for this move because most of my furniture is cheap IKEA made. But I was crunched for cash so couldn't afford brand new furniture. Giant xpress movers had the work cut out for them. But the movers took it quite normally. They expertly packed all my things and wrapped the furniture in shrinking tape. Carrying those to the van was no big deal to them. They placed everything very neatly inside the truck. This ensured the safe delivery of all my things. They did so within the delivery timeframe as well. I am thoroughly impressed with the services Giant xpress movers provided me.
