I have an alcoholic interlock on my vehicle. I waited at home to get my oil change because of a wait. After 2 hrs. they called it to let me know they wouldn't blow into the interlock device because I hadn't provided a new tip for the device. I asked them to look in the glove compartment for the new one. They stated that there wasn't one there. I came to get my car and found the new packaged tip in the glove box! What a waste of my day! I'll never go back!

I would first like to apologize for the way this store handled any and all customers in the past. I am the new store manager and if you are ever dissatisfied...for any reason...please call me directly and I WILL ENSURE it is made right to the best of my abilities.



My primary responsibility is the success of my store. However, the only way that can be accomplished is by having satisfied customers.



Not everyone will be 100% satisfied, this is natural, but I will do everything I can to at least prove that my customers are the most important part of our business.



In the short time I have been manager, we have made positive leaps and bounds in the way we handle our customers and their vehicles. I ask you to not judge us because of our past and know that there is a manager present that is striving to earn your trust.

I will give this place 0. On costumer service they try to sale me censors for my car for 180 a piece when I can get all 4 for 132 on line they refuse to do my tires if I dint by the censors from them so I letf and when to another place and got it done.while I was waiting a lady aproch me and told me that they have done the same to her please don't go to this place if you don't want to get rip off
