They also connected flawlessly with the neighborhood car rental service (Enterprise), and that operation flowed perfectly also. Thank you for your great service AND it was located just a few miles from my home.

now i take my second vehicle to repair pay more than 3k and the job was worse , painting may be good but remove some parts and never put back right lost parts and lost items terrible i don't think comeback at any more WHIT this shop ??

Provided by YP.comHaving an auto damaged by another driver starts things off in an aggravating way. Dealing with another persons insurance carrier adds to the frustration. You will finally get someone you feel is looking out for what is in your best interest when you walk through the door of Huber Collision Center. They professionally deal with the insurer, they keep you apprised of the repair process and the work is impeccable. I took my not yet 2 year old MB to them. Admittedly it was garage kept and had 14K miles on it - but the end result is close to the day I took delivery. The repairs are flawless. The paint is glass like and blended imperceptibly. I had someone at the insurer fired for their lack of effort so do not think I go easy. I expect the best from people and Huber Collision delivered.

Provided by YP.comI had my 2017 brand new 42k truck damaged by a piece of wood a car in front of me run over and threw it into my truck. I took it to Huber Collision Center and SHEILA HALL over seen my repairs done prompt and perfect. YES I SAID PERFECT. I highly recommend this shop for their body work and Sheila for your service. Provided by YP.comGo to any body but them! I almost forgot how these dudes treat #Us out here! Just gave us one of the worse, uncomfortable, mind blowing experiences we ever had. They were soo cold hearted and unreasonable I couldn't believe what i was witnessing. And da girl come right out da back and tell her "Mr. Wendell" azz boss that she didn't tell us that we didn't have to pay for a $300 added service when they are the ones who messed up in the first place! Thing is we had the money to pay the whole time, they are the ones who said they would do it for Free. We asked 3 times before we left and she confirmed! And even said it was her fault! We get there and they all turn 'Blank' smh! It's all good though, you'll be hearing from us. I won't be back and y'all shouldn't either! I asked dude "is it good customer service for your employees to tell a customer they would do a service and change their mind and don't do it??" He gon talk about Yes!

Provided by YP.comTake it from me, dont take your car here. I am still fighting it out with them about my car. My car was a year old and got rear ended at a red light. The paint job and condition of this car was excellent prior to the accident. Took it to Rosner Collision, big mistake. I am still fighting and refusing delivery of the car and contesting it with the insurance company and Rosner. First, they tried to deliver the car to me with a scratch still on it. They buffed it out while I stood there and waited. Then, when I looked at the rear of the vehicle, I noticed that they splashed dark green paint on it (some paint spots) when the car is BRIGHT, neon green. They have refused to remove the paint splashes on the back and have called me a liar despite photo evidence showing that the dark green paint spots were not on the back of the car. We are still fighting this out to this day and I still have the rental. They will NOT make it right and not return my car to the pre accident condition. It now looks like it has a shoddy paint job on a new car :( AWFUL. Rosner has disrespected me through this entire process and I am at the point of giving up and dumping the car and the insurance company that supports Rosner (direct repair shop). Its been an awful experience. Take it from me... I try to stay open minded, dont make that mistake. Find another shop. The way Rosner is acting with something as simple as paint spots they got on it from another vehicle, I seriously doubt they will EVER honor their lifetime repair guarantee on the car repairs.

Provided by YP.comWhat could be worse than "TERRIBLE". How about a new word - "ROSNER". Absolutely the worst collision repair shop to deal with. How does a vehicle go in with more miles and less gas then it comes out with? Be smart and not incompetent like ROSNER employees. The Estimators say it is going to be a 12 HOUR repair, it ends up being a 12 DAY nightmare. Nothing but excuses and false claims. DON'T take your vehicle there for repairs! ! had some minor front end damage we are talking about a front bumper and some light paint. I know for a fact Rosner Collision really didn't care. I believe they were having to much fun with my car. I had to continually call them to get updates. The replies from the Estimator were the worst. Kept saying "It will be done when it is done". Don't really know if he understood English well enough. The MANAGER was GREAT in that he supported the poor performance of his staff; especially the BAD ESTIMATOR. PS. I'm forced to give them ONE STAR here, I wish there was a HALF STAR.

Provided by YPmobileMy 2015 Ford Fusion was hit by a dump truck that thought it would be fun if we shared the same lane. Needless to say there was a lot of damage done to the driver's side of the car. The dump trucks insurance company gave Rosner as one option for having the vehicle repaired. Since it was relatively close to the house I went with them. I could not be happier. The vehicle had $9000 worth of damage. They were great about calling me every step of the way with updates from the initial adjustment to the day parts came in to the work being started the vehicle being painted etc. My car looks amazing and they finished the work a full week faster then estimated.

Provided by YPmobileAbsolutely the worst collision repair shop to deal with. How does a vehicle go in with less damage then it comes out with? And then they ask if I can live with the damage. If I call and complain about the damage do you really think I would drive back to have it repaired?

Provided by YP.comdont take your vehicle there for repairs! brought mine in for two day repair(allstae reccomendation?). took seven days to get my vehicle back! had some minor front end damage from hitting a deer. no body work needed to be done,we are talkin a front bumper, the air bag light came on and the vehicle stayed at rosner auto for five days! seemed like rosner collision really didnt care. i had to continually call them to get updates. thier customer service is the worst. the employees walk around like there half asleep. they just told me the air bag repair was out of thier control? I know my customers wouldnt be happy if i told them this. Its my job to get the work done!
