I’ve made pizzas in NY for a living and I love the art of fine pizza making. I realize that there are very few places that make a good pizza, one that is crisp and full of flavor. I’ve been to every pizza joint in 20 miles of this town and there are only a few I will take family to.



La Pizzeria is one of those rare few. They have the best crust (hands down). The flavor is very good and they don’t use that awful fake cheese that so many do. This place is owned by the same guy who used to be in the mall before the town center. He’s old school and of dying bread that makes pizza the way it was made when I was a kid in NY. OK so it’s not NY strait up, but it is one of the best in town and I’ve always gotten a good pie from the kitchen. Also the owner is one of the nicest guys to bring your business to.



My only criticism is that if you order “The works” then it comes so loaded with toppings that it’s too heavy. At my cousins pizza place I learned as a boy that you only put 5 toppings on a pizza. If the customer orders 10 then you cut everything in have and only charge for 5, because it’s too much to cook right otherwise; though, I will say that some people prefer this way so I hesitate to say anything to the
