Most unprofessional "business" ever. My dad spoke to Randy (owner) last week and made an appointment for my Jeep Saturday Sept. 2 at 11 a.m. Randy said they're closed Saturdays, but they take appointments. On Saturday, we drove an hour out to Fredericksburg and no one ever showed, but the owner's truck was there. We thought he maybe forgot to tell us he had to cancel? We sat there for two hours before giving up and leaving. We called, texted, Facebook messaged, and instagram messaged up through today (Tuesday) and he literally has ignored everything. I checked his personal Facebook and he's posted there many times. He just chooses to ignore his customers. I would consider wrapping to be more of a hobby of his than a business. Go somewhere else for your wrapping needs. This guy is a joke.
