Tony is a hands-on owner. Couldn't be happier with his work. You don't go through layers of assistants. I've had him service and install our air conditioners. He explained everything so I could understand what was needed and why. If you want to deal with one person and not a bureaucracy go with Mains.

My family used Main's so I decided to try them with a new home I purchased. I couldn't have been happier!



WHAT I NEEDED: 1) I wanted someone to look over my system and perform a yearly maintenance. 2) I also wanted a thermostat replaced in my bedroom that didn't click so loudly. (I am a light sleeper and it was waking me up at night when the system would go on and off.)



RESULTS: Mains owner, Tony, took the time to listen to what my concerns were, identify the problem and propose a solution. He went above and beyond by doing research and finding me a thermostat that will not wake me up at night! I now sleep peacefully !!! He also thoroughly checked my units to ensure they were properly working. He even brought me new filters for inside the home and replaced them !



PROS : On time, thorough, knowledgeable about the products and services, willing to come out on Saturdays and Sundays, affordable, overall excellent service!



CONS: I truly do not have any !

My sister, My parents and also other friends use this company for many of years. They are a small company and very caring people. They have a lot of integrity. They care for their costumers they always help find the cheapest way of going. They have saved us a lot. They go out of their way to make the customers happy. This is the best choice you would ever make..

HORRIBLE business with zero integrity! Was told entire unit needed to be replaced for thousands. Turns out they stole a bad fuse and turned off circuit breakers to unit to prevent consultations with other companies. All that was needed was a replacement fuse. Consumers beware!! They WILL scam you!
