Mid-Atlantic deserves the highest star rating. Mid-Atlantic installed and waterproofed our basement over 7 years ago. Since then our basement has not had water (there were times before Mid-Atlantic when there would be 1ft of water). We were able to create finished rooms once the basement was waterproofed. After initially trying to resolve the problem on our own with multiple products and researching other companies, Mid-Atlantic managed to do it in one day (yes all work in one day...impressive). The crew was very professional and cleaned up the basement after installation. The cost was worth the finished product and I'd highly recommend them. David

We had our crawlspace done about 3 years ago and we are glad we did! At the time we had a minor crack in our foundation, which was being made worse by water filling up in the cinder block. Mid-Atlantic put in two sump pumps, an internal french drain system, and the vapor barrier. Since that time we have had several major weather events- blizzards, hurricane, earthquake, and the derecho last summer. If we had not had our crawl space done, we most certainly would be repairing our foundation. There has been tons of run-off water (our yard slopes toward the house) with the snow and the rains, which would have been hitting our foundation. The insurance appraiser said that if we didn't have our foundation taken care of so early (and correctly), the earthquake would have ruined our foundation. Instead, it only mildly exacerbated the existing crack! We have had no moisture issues since having the crawlspace done by Mid-Atlantic. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that we had a bunch of trash left in the yard that we had to clean up. Not a reason not to go with them.

Mid-Atlantic responded promptly to our request for an estimate after our basement flooded. They fit us in their schedule early. We installed a sump pump and drainage system based on their recommendations and have had no problems since. Every time I have called, they have responded quickly and well. We had additional water running behind our fuse box, and under warranty, they came out and spent the day waterproofing the wall. The mid-Atlantic serviceman even returned a day later to fix a pipe he had had to cut. The salesman engineer who sold us the system stopped y voluntarily to see if we were happy with the work. We had another issue with the house that we weren't sure was related to the flooding, and a mid-Atlantic manager spent 45 minutes on the phone with me discussing diagnosing the source of the problem. I have rarely encountered such good and consistent customer service from a company. Highly recommend mid-Atlantic.

I used Mid-Atlantic a few years ago and they were awesome. My basement flooded and they came right away to get it fixed. The job was done very quickly and they were wonderful about keeping everything neat, we didn't even know they where there. Great customer service and also very fair pricing. I was very satisfied with this company and would use them again in the future.

My parents used Mid-Atlantic years ago and were pleased. So when I was in need of repair in my basement I chose Mid-Atlantic and was also pleased. The whole process was a great experience. Everyone was very professional. The crew showed up on time and kept everything clean as they went along. Now my basement is mold free. I couldn't be happier! Thanks Mid-Atlantic!

Mid-Atlantic responded quickly and made a very accurate estimate for my basement job. They came on time and finished on schedule. They cleaned up everything after their work and replaced the appliances after the floor cured. I strongly endorse their work.

I could not believe half the stuff the salesman said might be wrong with my basement walls. I didn't believe it until I actually saw it.

They drilled the cinderblocks and low and behold water was pouring out! It was like if I had installed faucets in the walls.

There is no more water coming through my walls. We had to have two sump pumps installed and we are happy with that. The basement no longer brings a foul odor to my home just because it is now dry. We were having mold and mildew issues.

I can't believe I waited so long to contact MidAtlantic Waterproofing.

Mid-Atlantic installed and waterproofed our basement last summer. Since then our basement has not had a single drop of water find its way into our home. After 5 years of trying to resolve the problem on my own, Mid-Atlantic managed to do it in a day.



The crew was very professional and cleaned up every bit of mess made during the installation of the sump pump. I would highly recommend them and would use them again but thankfully will never have to do so..... in my current home.
