I really don't know how this company stays in business. I had dropped a frame off about 18 months ago and had contacted them periodically to obtain a glass for the frame. The women in the front office said they could do it, yet it wasn't until I visited Mike's office after a year and a half that they told me they lost the frame and said they couldn't do the job. I then had one of their techs come to my house one morning and measure some windows for glass replacements. He said the ladies would get back to me in a few hours for an estimate. I called late afternoon and the woman who answered said there was no way they could possibly get an estimate that fast. A week later and counting and no estimate from them. I talked to another friend who had worked with them and he said they are horrible. Stay away--unless they get new help in the front office. There are too many better places that will want your business instead of these people.
