The bartender gave my husbands ID to another person and it took them over a week to get it back. We were told that they would call when it was returned. Went to QBall and they had his ID and apparently it had been there for at least three days. When we asked the owner if we would be comped for anything because of the bartenders mistake and the lack of communication he just walked away. Never spoke to my husband and just turned and walked away. In my eyes this was very disrespectful and not professional. If you go to a restaurant and your food is cooked wrong they either re-cooked it or comped your meal and this place did nothing. The bartender was rude and said that she had no control over what was to be done. Make sure you check your ID before you walk out of there.
