Regretfully I had an encounter with this sham of a company by unknowingly housing a deliquent car in my driveway. They had every legal right to take the car. No issue or argument with that. What they did not have the right to do is destroy my driveway in the process. I had hope that they would make it right. I called and spoke with the receptionist, Heather who assured me they would go take pictures and report to the owner who would call me directly. When I attempted to follow up with her she advised me that they had gone and taken pictures and spoken to a neighbor that said "the driveway was already damaged". The same neighbor and the only one home at the time said that he watched the entire debacle of them dragging the car out of the driveway, tearing up not only my driveway but the car as well. He also stated that not only did they not speak with him they didn't speak with anybody. Took pictures and left. As I was explaining this to the receptionist she got very unruly and consequently hung up on me citing "do not call me again". Classy. Bad business repo man! We all have a job to do. Destroying an uninvolved persons property should never be tolerated by this owner who by the way I still haven't received the courtesy of a return call from. No surprise there. I seriously contemplated filing a civil suit and am not totally convinced that I won't still. These people (all of them) should be ashamed of themselves as human beings not just business "professionals". Own your mistakes.
