They don't have vintage doll display cases, they don't have any doll display cases. They don't have people assisting you, it's pretty much a large, open market toy store, hence the name but, they really should not advertise stuff that they don't have...

They never have any of the games that I want......
its hard to find someone to assist me...
I can only get assistance early morning on the weekends

They are not accomodating at all. Before Christmas I purchased 9 Wii games. They had them on sale, buy 2 get one free. So I actually bought 6 and got three free. I needed to return three of the games. I thought I would get the money back for only two of them since one was free. When I went to return the games, it just so happened that two of the three that came up free on the receipt. They would not return them. They saw on the receipt that I purchased six games, got three free. I was returning three games, but only wanted the money for two of them. They all were the same price, I wasn't trying to get anything extra. They would not let me make the return unless I returned ALL NINE of the games and repurchased the six I wanted to keep. In other words, I had to drive 8 miles one way back to my house to get the rest of the games to drive 8 miles back to Toys r Us to make the return. When I got back to the store, the cashier messed up my transaction and tried charging me for two extra games.
