Walker-Grant Middle School is affiliated with the Fredericksburg City Public Schools and provides educational enrollment to students in grades six through eight. It has a library and media center that provides a collection of more than 12,000 books and computer accessibility services to students. It offers a wide range of educational courses, such as art, music, physical education, computer training, technology education, foreign language, reading, language art, English, math, science and social studies. The school provides various after school activities sponsored by the parent teacher organization, including chess, homework, art and craft, science, junior police, social studies remediation and book clubs. Walker-Grant Middle School was established in 1968 and is located in Fredericksburg, Va.
