Provided by YP.comThe WORST experience I have EVER had in any hotel. Traveling on business, credit card info was written on registration paper (ALL OF THE INFO) when we attempted to inquire about it, the OWNER went absolutely psycho on myself and traveling partner! Told us it was none of our business what he did with MY credit card information! Temps in the negative and NO heat on in the room. Window unit warmed the room around 3:30 am. SPIDERS and other bugs in the bathtub. Owner is beyond rude, I will drive an hour out of my way to stay ANYWHERE but here next time I'm in the area! I'm easy to get along with, we were absolutely polite and respectful, just wanting to ensure that my credit card information was going to be kept safe because other registration papers for ALL guests for that day were within reaching distance, when I inquired about him locking my paperwork up instead of placing it within arms reach of other customers, HE THREW EVERYONE'S registration papers at me across the desk and said "here, you want to see other guests papers". I politely declined and stated that I just wanted to ensure that my information was going to be so easily accessible. I was horrified with his behavior! Wish we had read reviews before going here :(

Provided by YP.comRuined and important day!!! We rented out almost the whole hotel for a wedding party (everything but 3 rooms). The man stated originally that he was giving everyone a discount. When we arrived we were charged over the rate on there website and he charged all our cards before we arrived. Our room air conditioning was broke and he said he could not do anything. Another persons toilet in their room over flowed and he directed them to the plunger and how to turn off the water. " he stated this is the Madison inn what do you expect we don't have people go fix that" . The man was very unreasonable and rude. He told me that he did not feel like discussing this and that he did not have to talk to us and instructed us to just go to our rooms. He was rude to anyone that he encountered and told us we were bothering him when we checked in around midnight. We asked when we made the reservations if those arrangements would be ok. As for the room there was no light bulbs in the lamps and the faucet in the shower did not work. The sheets has dirt in between them. This was an AWFUL would experience I will never go back I would rather sleep in the middle of a field. He did not even discount for the imperfections. He was rude, irrational and a terrible business owner.

Provided by YPmobileLook for a different place before choosing this one. Burn holes all over bedspreads, mold in shower and dirty sheets. Owner was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
