I have purchased multiple items from Feagan's. Service has always been first-class with very helpful staff. Prices are great with easy delivery options if needed.

This place is absolutely awful. I ordered product but never received it. They refused to give me my money back saying that it would be delivered the next day. They kept making promises, but never delivered. Rude staff, and even worse owner.

I purchased a Leather Broyhill Sofa, Chair, and ottoman from here 12-20-12. About a year and a half in to ownership the back frame of the couch gave out, and about a month later the entire right arm of the chair caved in. I contacted Broyhill to warranty the product. They stated that I needed to send the a copy of the receipt. I am unable to find it. We reached out to the store a few times to get a copy and never heard any thing back.



I called today to express my concern and spoke with Donetta. She was quite rude on the phone with me, expressing how it it would be such an inconvenience for her to go in to the basement and get a copy. That she just wasn't going to do it. I asked her what I needed to do, she said, "You should have kept up with your receipt, we only do paper here". I appreciate you being so rude and hateful Donetta, I sure hope your not someone they keep up front to interact with the customers.



I paid 1399 for this set. I will never purchase anything from Feagans again, due to my sole interaction with Donetta.
