The most Horrible dental office for children, do not waste your time or money going with Dr. Grossman. He has no tolerance or patients for children's. He is way to rough with children and rude. Not only did his office staff provided the most horrible customer service, they apparently do not believe in payment plans because Dr. Grossman is too money hungry. They go to the extents of calling CPS if you refuse to have your children's dental work with them. I regret the day I stepped into his office. Good thing I am a great parent and took my child to a better dental office where they provided myself and my child with the best service ever. As far as the CPS, they looked at the case as a joke.
