Went to this place for my first mani/pedi ever...I am 72. They put me in a pedi chair, slammed my feet in the water and told me $5.00 extra for caluses. Then pulled my right hand across my body to do a manicure?...I always thought a manicure was done in a chair facing the manicurist with hands resting on the table, but not here. She didn't wash my hands, clean my nails, massage my hands or anything...just cut my long nails, put acrylic on them, painted with clear and called that a $45.00 job. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE...not to clean and service is horrible....Always thought a mani/pedi was supposed to make a woman feel great...all I felt when leaving was RIPPED OFF!
