I used Elegant Creations for my Sons Bar Mitzvah approx 8 years ago.Elegant Creations was the former name that this company used when they screwed so many people, that they had to go bankrupt and emerge under this different name. So different from the original?, but I guess they can hide from all there creditors this way.We had to sue the owner, Warren Fligner and won our case, as he used flowers from a wedding the night before for our sons party.In addition some tables didnt even get centerpieces. We won our judgement but couldnt collect because he declared bankrupcy the same month. I guess we weren't the only ones he screwed.We should of known better as he needed payment in full the first time we walked in and the party was still 8 months away. Run from this guy if you ever see him, as he will figure out a way to get in your pockets minutes from meeting him. I wish they had places to check out a company(like this board) before you hire them.I didn't do my homework back then, but will hopefully help someone else who he is about to steal from.

Elegant Creations is extremely unprofessional. They do not return phone calls and made numerous mistakes on the flowers for my wedding. Bobby hires unprofessional employees and is incompetent. Use any other florists but Elegant Creations. And i am sure that the positive reviews on this website were written by employees/Bobby. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST your flowers will be anything but what you ordered.

Bobby was so wonderful to work with. We discussed our ideas and he just ran with it. His design and vision was over and above what we would have ever expected. We had met with another vendor from North Jersey who was more than twice the price and was going to use lesser quality flowers. While researching other florists, I received an email from the Knot that said "NJ's best kept secret". Well they were certainly correct......Elegant Creations is truly that!!! We can't say enough about Bobby, his wonderful staff and quality of his work. Thank you for making our wedding day so beautiful! Curt & Kimberly...

We hired Elegant Creations to provide the flowers for our wedding in August 2011. We communicated specifically with Warren Fligner, at the initial meeting and throughout the planning process. In picking out which flowers we wanted (e.g., hydrangeas for the table center pieces, cake topper, and bridal and bridesmaids bouquets), we also explicitly indicated to Warren which flowers we did not want (i.e., white roses). Warren assured us that there would be no roses in any of the arrangements. When we arrived at our location on August 2011, not only were there roses in all of the table center pieces and bouquets, but the roses stood out as the predominant flower. Additionally, there were no hydrangeas in the cake topper and the boutineers were incorrect as well. Within the few days following the wedding, we spoke to Warren on the phone, complaining about the flower arrangements. He averted blame, saying that we paid for a service and that he provided it. However, after several more phone conversations, Warren finally agreed to refund us $350, which in reality is a small fraction of what we paid for his services and a disproportionate amount in relation to the mistakes that he made. Having received no check in the mail for a few weeks following his agreement to refund us $350, we called back. He claimed that he sent the check and that he would stop payment on it and issue another one. After another couple weeks had gone by with no received check, we called again, leaving messages on Warren's phone, the owner's phone, and the office phone. No one returned our calls. On October 10, 2011, we finally got in touch with Warren. After my husband asked him what was going on with the refund check and why he or the owner of the company has not been returning our phone calls, he told my husband to "go f*** yourself."
