Don't care about their loyal customers

My daughters & I have been going there for awhile now. Last month after having to go back

3xs due to gel peeling off my nails same day I had them done, Kim fixed them & never said a word??? Next time I went in to get gel again I said Kim why did they keep peeling she then says oh that gels always peels "it's no good"!!!! Really u think u would have told me that after the 2nd or 3rd time!!!! Why would they use gel that is KNOWN BY THEM TO PERL OFF!! Then my daughters wanted a design on all her nails with an extra design on only 2 ring fingers, Kim did design on all then told her she was too busy to do the extra design on 2!!! She was paying for it but Kim had no time, never heard of only giving a customer what u " had time to do"! This after I tipped her $20 for Christmas which she barely mumbled I think thank you??? Not sure with her being so miserable & unfriendly!!! Sorry Tony u lose my business kinda a bad move considering i have myself & 3 daughters who will not be using your salon anymore. Funny thing is I don't think he even cares. Kim is the worse stay away!

GET RID OF KIM! she's rude, tries to be the first one done always, leaving the job done half assed. She doesn't review her work nor do her work as needed for her customer. I have gel nails & they're lifting off 2 days after getting them done becuase she barley put gel on the sides of my nail. One broke so I went to her to get it fixed and she didn't fix it properly at all. Mind you, I've been getting gel & acrylic nails for 4 years. She's horrible & she needs to be fired

This is the best place in town. Reasonably priced and courteous staff. Ask for Tony; don't go to Kim.
