- As a registered dietitian, nutrition consultant and Intrinsic Coach, I assist clients in developing healthful eating plans that enable them to achieve their dietary goals. Making life long changes to your eating and exercise routines requires more than just knowledge. Using a coach like approach to nutrition counseling allows you, the client, to focus on what is important to you and to draw on my nutrition expertise, as you deem fit. Together we work as a team to produce the results you want. I have over 25 years of experience as a registered dietician.I earned both Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science degree in Human Nutrition. As a registered member of the American Dietetic Association and a member of the New Jersey Dietetic Association I continually keep up to date on the latest nutrition research and trends.I have worked at New York Presbyterian Medical Center in NYC with specialization in renal disease, weight management, hyperlipidemias and diabetes. Currently my private nutrition consultant practice is in Freehold, NJ and is conveniently located less than a mile from Centra State Medical Center.
