Their employees are FANTASTIC! Except for one! Gail!!! Treats customers and employees terribly. Worst is that she ‘dresses down’ employees in front of customers. So unprofessional! All employees are hard working just trying to survive in their pay. Hail is absolutely horrible to customers and employees alike. Needs to retire and be miserable whoever she goes. Think about it. You have people making $15-$16 an hour trying to help you the best they can. Many are under 21. What do they know about fine wines etc. Leslie, their seasoned employee will go outt of her way to help you. She’s amazing. Dan? The manager? A serious guy who cares deeply about his store and employees. Overall a great store with great employees and beautiful selections. Dan, Leslie and the ‘kids’ they are training are worth the visit! Gail needs to go. Mean, ugly, nasty!
