do NOT buy from here unless you just want to throw away your money and never have your product delivered - he SEEMED honest and professional so I ordered custom furniture from him in Feb, paid 1/2 up front, and it was supposed to be delivered by the end of April... but "something" came up, and Orlando/Paradigm pushed it back to May... and then June... and then August... And in mid-August he just stopped returning all calls, e-mails, tweets, etc... So 8 months later I am 2k poorer and have no furniture...

Paradigm sold me defective merchandise and despite recognizing the problem after SEVERAL emails and calls, nothing was done to resolve the issue. This "company" is just one person with no customer service skills. I have an unusable $500 table. I'm not the type to write negative reviews, but I just got ripped off by a private business. Kinda makes me want to shop at Crate & Barrel next time instead of supporting a small business owner. Very sad.
