We stayed for a week August 2014. The camp sites are a little tight but more spacious then some campgrounds we've seen. The location is great close to bel mar beaches, Jenkins pier about 1/2 hr away. The pool is lovely, bath house, bathroom clean, but we have trailer so did n't use them. I found the owners cordial, infact we had a problem with our awning and they gave us the card of someone who came to the campground to fix it! Didn't like the one car per site rule but I understand why they would have to have it. The only thing I wish they had was some kids activities, hay ride, pool games Ect. We will defiantly return.
