Great experience ! My hearing aid malfunctioned and my original hearing specialist had retired. His replacement was not as nice and I didn’t feel comfortable with the new doctor. My insurance recommended Ali at Sound Hearing Solutions. From my first call I knew this was the right practice for me. Not only was he very professional, he was very accommodating. He arranged the appointment to fit my crazy schedule. I work in design and hearing my clients “clearly” is very important. Ali not only was able to get my hearing aid to work again he taught me how to use the app to manage the instrument better. I learned so much in that appointment and feel much more confident knowing Ali is truly there to help.

This is so far the best place to go for all your hearing issues, they work with you on a very patient level and its easy to book an appointment, they are all so friendly and take tbe time to explain anything you ask them

The experience started great, staff was great and responsive until I was suckered into paying out of pocket instead of waiting for the insurance. I was told everything was preauthorized and approved by the insurance company. I paid upfront $4600 in January 2020, since then I have been going back and forth with my insurance company because no one in the office will reply to my various attempts to communicate with them and get this resolved. Hearing aids no longer work, I am out $4600 which I could not afford and have no option to return them or have them checked since the office will not return my calls, texts or emails. Now my insurance has denied my claim and despite repeated attempts by the insurance company to contact them nothing has been done by the provider to help me get this resolved. The provider tells the insurance company that they are sending the needed paperwork and does not follow through. This has been a disaster for 10 months without resolution. The insurance company keeps trying to no avail.

great staff and friendly....would recommend to anyone I know that has Hearing issues. So convenient, located right near Wooleys Fish Market on Rt. 9,,,,,the best around. more personal, not like those big chains...
