This dry cleaner is very poorly run. Teenagers are pretty much left there to run the place and they have no idea what they are doing.(It's really not their fault though, it's the owner's who have not properly trained them) Horrible customer service! One of my garments was destroyed four days before a wedding that I was going to. Yet, they waited till two days before the wedding to inform me that the dress was ruined when my husband went to pick it up. I had to run out to the mall the night before we left for the wedding to find a dress. They called us an hour before we had to leave the next morning to tell us that they fixed the beads but they couldn't get the stain out. Too little too late! Then they expected us to pay for the ruined dress! I understand that things like this will happen, but they should have called me the moment after they realized that the dress was ruined. I would have had more time to shop for a new dress.
