I have had to go back to college at 36. My companies I thought I would work at for life, well they all closed down, that is 4 companies in 10 years. I am broke with bad credit due to those job losses. I told all this to the salesman. I can't afford a loan. His answer was that he is going to go through their used inventory at the end of this memorial day sale Saturday June 1 2013 and find me a car that will last me til I am done with school in September. Josh said he understood I was broke, and he would do his best to get me a car. That is service! They are not going to make any money off me unless I come back. Yet he is still trying to get me a car! "It may not be pretty" he said, "but you'll be able to finish school with it." "We will make sure it has good brakes, and runs good." Knowing I can't afford to make a monthly payment and I only have what I get at the scrap yard for my truck that just went cap-puts after 209,640 miles. I am a customer for life! I am new to the area and have been in twice for service. Each time the service staff were so helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. I recently sent one of my friend in that was looking for a new Chevrolet. She is super happy with her vehicle and the sales staff! I will send all my friends and family to Burt Watson, they are great!

I have purchased multiple vehicles for myself and my family here. I can't imagine ever wanting to go anywhere else, they bend over backwards for customer service and I have never once been disappointed with how they step up to solve problems and help out.
