If I could give them 0 stars I would. We paid them 100"s of dollars to do a draw down test on our well. We needed a copy of the test to give to our real estate agent for a client. I called B&W and they said "How much is it worth to you?". I said that being a paying client that it would be great to give it to me for free. He said "We don't do that . How much is it worth to you?" I said $20. He said "that's not enough." I asked him how much do you want? He said "$65, that's how much we charge for a house call". I told him I would get back to him. I felt like it was the Mafia putting the squeeze on me. Never doing business with them again.
