Visited cohens optical a week ago for contact lens exam only to be told by my insurance company that they charged me for contacts I never ordered. When the insurance company called to discuss, they were informed that er had to wait until Thursday for the office manage and I called ona Tuesday.

I would not suggest this practice tl anyone looking for eye or contact services as I may have to escalate this issue.

Way tooooo over-priced! They charge over 300% for frames MSRP, so that no matter what insurance you have, they can always rip you off! Keep in mind this is MSRP and you can usually find price at 70% online. If you are so rich and do not mind throwing your money, come here, otherwise avoid this place as hard as you can.

This place in the Stamford, CT mall is a rippoff. The ladies at the front are rude over the phone and in person. The eye glasses are expensive and by the time you get out of their you have already spent $1000 on just 1 eye glass. I think they also pretend to be some manager called "Ming". He does not exist and I think they use false pretense with their voices. They are not on time with the product you order. They take over 1 month to get your eye glasses. DO NOT GO TO COHENS FASHION OPTICAL IN THE MALL YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. GO TO LENSCRAFTER OR WALMART...any place but their. Best of Luck. The only thing good at that place is Dr. Blum. Once you get your prescription go elsewhere for the glasses or contact and when you tell them you are an "AAA" member they tell you that they already give you 20% off more than what "AAA" will give which is 15% off..what a rippoff. I will never go their again.

This is the worst customer service experience .The staff is an embarrassment to the Japanese brand name.

Workers are standing around chatting versus helping customer .

There is no quality control about services provided .Staff assume no responsibility and try to pass the blame to the next person. Will not be returning to this store again.

I can't be live Cohen's Fashion Optical hired such looser. Minh Luong sucks at customer service, he mucks customer's; he has no common sense in what he is there for, unless he gets paid nickels for his expected poor performance.

I will say to Cohen's Fashion Optical manaegemet get rid of that monkey.



Minh seems to come from a part of the world where he doesn't give a damn about his job and much less his company. He has taken the liberty to do and say as he pleases to us customers.



Will not recommend him in whatever job he gets after he gets fired. Everybody else on that store is very nice. As usual only Minh Loung stinks.
