Provided by YP.comReceived referral for this company. Contacted company about giving me an estimate. Company responded and gave me estimate without coming to my house to see the scope of work. I gave the ok and customer thinking he came to look at the house. They said they would be there two days later. Company no called/no show for two days. Finally received a call stating company owner injured himself and would get to me as soon as he could. A week or so went by and company sent me a text to see if we were still a go for the job. I said yes. 17 days went by without hearing from the company. I finally contacted them to see when work would be performed. They responded saying they would be there that day. During course of the day, they left a message saying roof height and contour was not what they expected. This is due to not physically going out there to look at the job before giving an estimate. Not being able to get a hold of me, he had his worker "use his best judgement" to complete the work before I could respond with what I wanted them to do. I called the next day to inform them that the gutters were not to my liking. Owner stated he would contact the crew who performed the work to see what they could do but it would cost extra since he had to send a crew out there again. At that point I just wanted the job done correctly. I told the owner to contact me that day after 1pm to inform me of what he can do. Ten days past before I received a text from the customer asking if I had his money. I informed him that I wanted the job corrected before I would pay him. He then left me a message saying that there's nothing he could do and that he wanted his money since the job was competed. After being involved with this company for over a month, I had wasted enough of my time and reluctantly paid. I've never seen such poor customer service or a company that did not want to make sure customer was completely satisfied. He was more concerned with getting paid.
