We bought a new heat pump system 4 years ago. We signed up for their maintenance program and we have been happy ever since. I recommend them to all my friends. They are a small, local company that really knows how to take care of the customer.

I'm so glad we have a company like this in our area. They replaced a rusted and inoperative fan motor and did an annual maintenance. The technicians were courteous and professional at all times. This company has been working on my air conditioning for 12 years and have always had good prompt service. Would recommend to anyone.

If you call this business, be prepared to deal with a very unprofessional secretary. She said a technician would call first and that did not happen. They randomly showed up with their two children in tow. Then one of the children (a teenager) commenced to take a voltmeter to my air conditioner. I was shocked and could not help to wonder if the companies workmans comp. insurance would be okay with that. I never received one phone call from the company in the 6 days I waited for a part to come in. I had to call to find out anything. I asked if the part had a tracking number and the secretary said she didn't have time to track it. On the sixth day, a black truck showed up in my driveway (no advertisement on it) and still no call first. I called the secretary again to ask what is going on and why no phone call. She was quick to tell me that she was doing me a favor and she didn't see a problem with the teenager working on it. She must think she is the only a/c business in town. Needless to say, I sent the two men away with the motor that was under warranty. I went to town and bought my own motor and put it in myself. After six days of no air, it is now 70 degrees in my house and I have saved so much money I am taking my wife out for dinner! I would call anyone in the phone book but this company if you have air/heat issues.
