I had an item to return which verizon customer service assured me an indirect verizon store would print the return label and send back. Not only did the store refuse to help but the "manager" was extremely rude and told us we had to drive 30 miles out of our way to rockford to send back. When it was her misinformed employee who sold us a mifi device that uses data faster than you can blink. I will not go to this store again. I have spent roughly 16,000$ thru the years being a customer to get told off by an employee. Maybe they should hire a manager who isnt clearly just out of high school. Or at least teach them customer respect when you're refusing to do something.
