For the past two years, I've been getting random calls from people using this agency in their search for an apartment. I was unable to find out the companies name until the call I got today. I called the number told them my problem and asked for the manager. I was told to call back. I called back 4 hours later and asked for the manager. I again I told the young lady why I was calling. Instead of giving me the manager she started arguing with me that she couldn't give me any numbers. I told her that I didn't want a number but I wanted to report that instead of one of their supers, they were giving people my number instead, she continued to insist that the company would not give out numbers and then said that I couldn't speak to the manager and she couldn't help me . I told her that I would seek help elsewhere, she said good and hung up. If this is the kind of service this agency gives and from the other reviews I've read , it seems as though it is. Buyer Beware.

I want to start by saying the people that work at this office are very rude and extremely unprofessional. The only reason I gave them one star is because I can’t give zero stars. My lease was up on July 31st. I was advised on July 7th that my rent would be going up again on July 31st. At this point, I made the decision not to renew my lease and move out when my lease expired on the 31st (three weeks after the notice that my rent would be increasing). If I stayed in the apartment beyond my lease expiration, I would have to pay a penalty. I was never informed that 60 day notice was required to receive my full deposit. When I moved in I was advised that I would receive my full deposit (which would be processed and mailed to me the following month). August has come and gone. September has come and gone. October has come and gone. I have yet to receive anything. I have called every month to find out the status of my deposit. I have been given incorrect and conflicting information while having to deal with the bad attitudes given to me by the women who answer the phones. It is now November 15th and I called again to speak with the manager. I am now being advised that my refund was never processed and that since I didn’t give 60 day notice, I will only receive half of my deposit. This is extremely unfair and unprofessional on multiple levels.

This people owe a lot of building complex and they never have heat o hot water during the winter! The buildings are flooded with smoker who always smoke on the stairs of the buildings and have a personal that doesn't care about their tenant or anyone else!!!!

Let me start by the worst secretaries ever!! They are soo rude and unprofessional they treat the tenant very bad Grace one of the secretaries is the Mistress of the manager of ATM Four Joseph because of that she feels she has the right to treat the supers of the buildings that work for the company very bad. Grace Is an drog addict that has been in jail in her country by her record i dont know how they hired a person like that. Grace is a unstable emotional person she even has cuts in her wrist and arms. I don't recommend this company because it's the worst!!!!

Worst management company ever. All parties are rude and unresponsive from the office staff to the manager to the super! It's a shame since the apts. are not terrible and is conveniently located, but any issue I brought to their attention in the year I have been here has gone unresolved. Mold in bathroom, broken lock, etc. now that I have decided not to renew my lease they want to give a hard time about the security. 2 months notice is required and they are totally inflexible. These people suck. If you have the option, choose the other place. This group is so not worth the headache.
