I started taking my poodle here because my neighbor said it was a bargain compared to Petco. I asked for her claws to be trimmed and buffed, and they came back sharp. Next time, I asked for a puppy cut and she came back poofy. The last straw was when she came back from a grooming somewhat less than sweet smelling. I called to double check and sure enough- she hadn't been bathed. For $50, no bath. I guess because I didn't SPECIFICALLY ask for it. Did I mention they have a snotty attitude, too? Save your money and go to 5 Star Kennel in Baldwin. For $45, grooming, bathing, AND nail trimming. And pleasant attitudes!
