Had my viper smart start installed here. They are all very knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. Good price and good service!!!

I have been their client for the past 3 yrs. These guys know how to add some swag to their cars. Everything you could possible request, they have it or they figure out a way to make it happen. Post sales support and customer service is supreme. The crew know their jobs, the products, and their service. If anything goes wrong or breaks down, they will figure out a way to make it right. Owner is always there (as opposed to a corporate anonymous) and will give it to you straight.



Oh, and if you want your car to come out with services done right, do not expect it to be in 10 min. These are professional installers, not handymen.



After everything below, my car still looks OEM. I understand that is personal choice, but when it comes to working with my requirements, they manage to deliver without gold plating

I'm a regular at Avenue Sound in Freeport as I'm constantly doung work on either my Altima or Civic. I've had a few issues with them here and there but for the most part the problem has always been resolved and I get good customer service. Today I came in at the last minute as my Infinity sub-woofer blew for the 2nd time in 5 months. Tony helped me out immediately even with the shop closing within an hour. Great job. Thanks.

Great customer service! I had to reschedule a window tint job at the last minute, they were very accommodating, and worked with me to get the exact time I wanted. Service was fast, and the salespeople are very knowledgeable. I'm coming back to add a cold air intake filter, also.
