Spoke with Miguel at this store about a package that was being shipped to me. He answered the phone after hours and helped me out. He also mentioned that Jerry packaged the corvette top I had purchased on ebay and about the care that went into making sure it arrives safe. Great guys that represent UPS store very well.

Oh do I have an update! Package was a Corvette Targa Top. It arrived damaged. UPS in Peru IL sent a inspector to look at item. He determined that there was NOT enough protection in the box resulting in damage.

It was packed with 3/4 " house siding foam.

Miguel is not being helpful and I am still waiting for an insurance claim.

I will be glad to update this when the owner Miguel of the Freeport NY UPS store does the right thing.
